TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Booking: By making a booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as follows. All guests must agree to adhere to our terms and conditions.

Booking must be made by an adult over the age of 18 at the time of booking. If any person under the age of 18 is present at the accommodation, this must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times.

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your chosen dates and this amount is refundable up until 14 full days prior to check-in date. If a cancellation is made within 7 full days of check-in time, the entire amount is non-refundable. 

Check in and check out: Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is 11am fixed. If you wish to check in earlier, please contact me and if I can facilitate this I will. 

Guests: The maximum number of guests is 4, the person who makes the booking is responsible for ensuring this limit is not breached. Should we be made aware of extra guests your entire party may be asked to leave and the remaining stay will not be refunded.

Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed within any buildings on site. While it is allowed in outdoor spaces, guests may be charged an extra fee (£10 per item) if litter related to smoking is found outside of rubbish bins. Please ensure smoking litter is safely disposed of when cooled in the outdoor bins.

Children: Children are very welcome at our accommodation but it should be noted that, due to size restrictions we cannot provide a cot. Guests must take this into account when booking and no refund shall be given except under our cancellation policy. 

Pets: Pets are not allowed at our properties, however, this does not include guide dogs-guide dogs are welcome. Please advise of this before arrival.

Parties/groups: Due to the size of the accommodation extra guests are prohibited. We ask that you respect neighbouring properties and keep the noise to a minimum during unsocial hours 10 pm-7 am. 

The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour of all the guests and should ensure all rules are followed. If they are not, you may be asked to leave and the remaining length of booking will not be refunded. Our rules clearly stated prior to booking. 

Damages: Guests may be charged for any damage to the buildings or site.

Cancellations: We provide a full refund up to 28 full days before check-in for any reason, 50% refund for cancellations between 7-28 days prior to the check-in date and no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

Liability: We accept no liability for any personal injury to any of our guests or any loss/damage to guests' possessions during their stay.

Our property: Please do not remove or borrow items from the accommodation, for example, towels should not be taken to the beach. Please bring your own items for use outside of the accommodation site. 

Right of Access: While we pride ourselves in providing a peaceful and undisturbed stay, it may be unavoidable that we gain access to the accommodation and any part of the site. We therefore reserve the right of access when required. This will be strictly limited to urgent repairs, maintenance or investigation of a complaint.



Discount Code and Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Promotions Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions above and our Privacy Policy and they are binding upon you.

1.2 From time to time on www.mirriemora.com (the “Website”) we run promotions.

1.3 Only one promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions except where specified.

1.4 From time to time certain dates may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.

1.5 Excluded dates will not benefit from any promotional discount.

1.6 We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time.

1.7 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason during booking. 

2. Discount Code

2.1 From time to time we may send out discount codes by social media, email or post. These are codes which you may input on our website to receive a discount. All discount coupons provided by us are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions notified to you at the time of issuance of the coupon.

2.2 A discount code is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the check out process on the Website, discounts will not be retrospectively added.

2.3 We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a discount code for any reason at any time.

2.4 Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.5 Unless expressly stated at the time of issue, each discount code will be valid for use by the recipient of the discount code only and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

2.6 Discount codes may only be used at the Website [www.mirriemora.co.uk].

2.7 No discount code may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, without our prior written permission.

2.8 Discount codes distributed or circulated without the written approval of [MirrieMora], for example on an Internet message board or on a “bargains” website, are not valid for use and your booking will be refused or cancelled.

2.9 When you use discount code you warrant to us that you are the duly authorised recipient of the web-coupon and that you are using it in good faith.

2.10 If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of discount codes to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.

2.11 If we reasonably believe that any web-coupon is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any bookings and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. We reserve the right to take any further action we deem appropriate in such instances.
